Hekath CCTV products are intended for lawful and ethical purposes only. Any illegal or unethical use is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations when using Hekath CCTV products.
Ownership and Intellectual Property :
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights associated with Hekath CCTV products, remain the property of Hekath.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Hekath CCTV products for their intended purpose.
Installation and Maintenance :
Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional in accordance with Hekath's installation guidelines and local regulations.
Regular maintenance, including firmware updates and system checks, is essential to ensure optimal performance.

Limitation of Liability :
Hekath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products, except where prohibited by law.
In no event shall Hekath's total liability exceed the amount paid for the product.

Termination :
Hekath reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its products and services at its discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these terms. We may monitor the use of our Services for violations of the Terms of Use. We may remove or block all communications if we suspect any violation, or if we think it necessary in order to protect our Services, or D-Link, its parent, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees from harm.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Providing Information to the Authorities :
If we believe that you have used our services or your device for an unlawful purpose, we may forward the relevant communications and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities. In addition, we may disclose your name, telephone number, credit card information, and other personal information, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about your account, including but not limited to, the type of service, length of service, MAC address, IP address, email address, and all other account information, as follows :
1. in response to law enforcement or other governmental agency requests;
2. as required by law, regulation, rule, subpoena, search warrant, or court order;
3. as necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be misusing the Services, the device, or both;
4. to protect Hekath's rights and property; or
5. in emergency situations where disclosure of such information is necessary to protect Hekath customers or third parties from imminent harm.
Amendments :
Hekath may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. The date the Terms of Use were last revised is identified at the top of the page. All modifications are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the modifications. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any modifications, as they are binding on you.

Terms of Demo, Service and Installations :

Payment : ₹250 in Online to book and rest (may vary depending on the area) after completion of wiring works, balance against installations (within a maximum period of 07 working days). Payment should be made by Cash/Cheque/Fund Transfer (NEFT/RTGS) only. Payment should be made in favour of ‘HEKATH SOLUTION'. In the case of Cheque payment, the amount will be considered as PAID only after clearing that particular Cheque. Non-payment/Bouncing of Cheques will be treated as an offence Under Section 422 of The Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Booking of Service and Installation : Customers can request to book for Service and Installation only after 2 days of the particular date of booking.

Additional Costs : The cost of Electrical Appliances, Storage Units (Hard Disk Drive) and Display Units (LCD/LED Monitor/TV) may vary as per workplace design and customer choice. The cost of all these items will be charged AT ACTUAL. The customer is advised to arrange the above-mentioned items prior to installation. Separate bills will be provided for these items and the Bill amount must be paid in CASH ONLY.

Warranty Void : The system requires a stable power supply at 220V AC without fluctuations and is to be ensured by the customer. Warranty void in case of Camera or DVR PCB burnt due to voltage surges or fluctuations and water contact.

Stable Network : For Networking of NVR (Remote Access), the System and the Android device, both require a stable network connection and this must be ensured by the customer himself/herself. Hekath Solutions is not liable anyway for any kind of networking issue due to network speed fluctuation or any other reason(s).

Limitation : Any Kind of Excavation work(s) comes on to the customer’s own scope. Hence, customers are requested to accomplish these works by his/her own. TOTAL SECURITY SOLUTIONS is not liable anyway for any kind of excavation work.
