Cancellation of Booking : You may cancel your booking for a demo, consultation, service, or installation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time free of cost through our website. Rescheduling of Booking : You have the option to reschedule your booking for a demo, consultation, service, or installation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. To reschedule, please log in to your account on our website or get in touch with our customer support team. Late Cancellation : If you wish to cancel a booking after the cancellation window has closed, and the cancellation option is disabled, please contact us at 8335051771 to request cancellation. A cancellation charge of Rs 50 will apply in this case. Refunds : In the event of a cancellation within the specified time limits from either the customer's side or the company's side, we will issue a full refund without any questions. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the cancellation date.
