Returns

The product once sold will not be returned in case of any physical damage caused while installation or delivery. For this rare event, the return process is stated below : 

Return Process :

Please securely package the product in its original packaging, along with any included accessories and documentation.

 

Refunds

Eligibility : You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions :

  • Your return is approved after inspection, and the product is deemed to be in a resellable condition.

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued.

Refund Process :

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
